تأثیر آپارتمان نشینی بر هویت های اجتماعی و فرهنگی و کیفیت روابط بین نسلی

هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آپارتماننشینی بر هویتهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی و کیفیت روابط بین نسلی انجام شد. از نظر نظری، پژوهش بر مبنای دیدگاه هانری لوفور درباره تولید فضا، نظریه هویت شهری مانوئل کاستلز و مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی پاتنام استوار است که نشان می‌دهد فضاهای شهری به‌ویژه در شکل آپارتماننشینی، نه‌تنها بستر فیزیکی بلکه ساختاری اجتماعی‌اند که می‌توانند تعاملات و هویت جمعی را شکل داده یا تضعیف کنند.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی و با رویکرد کمی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان ساکن در آپارتمان‌های مسکونی کلان‌شهر کرمانشاه است. نمونه‌گیری به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای (چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی) بوده است و نهایتاً ۳۸۴ نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد و محقق‌ساخته درباره جنبه‌های مختلف زندگی آپارتمانی، هویت اجتماعی و فرهنگی و کیفیت روابط بین‌نسلی بودند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آپارتماننشینی به‌طور قابل توجهی بر هویت اجتماعی به‌صورت منفی تأثیر می‌گذارد (ضریب بتا=39٪-) ولی اثر قابل توجهی بر هویت فرهنگی نداشت (ضریب بتا=09٪-). آپارتماننشینی اثر قابل توجهی بر کیفیت روابط بین نسلی داشت و توانست بخش قابل توجهی از واریانس آن را به‌صورت منفی تبیین نماید (ضریب بتا=36٪).
نتایج: در مجموع، آپارتماننشینی تأثیرات معنادار و منفی بر مؤلفه‌های هویت اجتماعی و کیفیت روابط بین‌نسلی بر متغیرهای هویت اجتماعی و کیفیت روابط بین نسلی دارد. در مجموع زندگی در آپارتمان‌ها، با محدود کردن فرصت‌های تعاملات اجتماعی و خانوادگی، می‌تواند به کاهش هویت اجتماعی و کیفیت روابط بین‌نسلی منجر شود.
