ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر،تعیین اثربخشی آموزش هیجانمدار بر اضطراب مرگ، باورهای فراشناختی و رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان دختران با طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه از منظرفرهنگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دختران 15-25 سال با طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه در شهرستان مهریز سال 1401 بود. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر از دختران با طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب وبه صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هرگروه 15 نفرجایگزین شدند. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه طرحواره ناسازگار یانگ(2005) ، مقیاس اضطراب مرگ تمپلر(1970)، پرسشنامه باورهای فراشناختی ولز و هاتون(2004) و پرسشنامه رفتارخودآسیب رسان جانسون (1998) بود. گروه آزمایش، آموزش گروهی هیجان مدار را در 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل آموزشی را دریافت نکرد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش هیجانمدار بر اضطراب مرگ، باورهای فراشناختی و رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان موثر بود. هم چنین آموزش هیجان مدار به دختران با طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه از منظر فرهنگی کمک می کند بتوانند هیجانات را مدیریت کنند و از این طریق باعث کاهش رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان در آنها شود.
