تحلیل اثر جهانیشدن و استحکام حقوق قانونی وام بر اشتغال آسیب¬پذیر زنان در کشورهای اسلامی منتخب

ملخص المقالة :
در محتوای حقوق انسان در اسلام، حقوق زنان در حوزه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی به منظور رعایت عدالت و توزان اجتماعی مطرح شده است. اشتغال نیز از دید اسلام یکی از حقوق الهی زنان است، هرچند برای زنان تکلیف نیست. از طرفی زنان به دلیل شرایط زندگی و مسئولیت‌هایی که در مورد مراقبت و تربیت فرزندان بر عهده دارند، اغلب از فرصت‌های شغلی مناسب برخوردار نمی‌شوند و به پذیرش مشاغل آسیب‌پذیر همچون مشاغل خانگی، نیمه وقت، با دستمزد پایین و بدون برخورداری از تأمین اجتماعی ناچار می‌شوند. از آنجا که بر اساس نظر اسلام نباید در برنامه‌ریزی عدالت اجتماعی در مورد افراد جامعه از جمله زنان ظلم و تبعیضی وجود داشته باشد، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر اشتغال آسیب‌پذیر زنان در کشورهای اسلامی و آنچه در انتقال زنان از بخش غیر‌رسمی و آسیب‌پذیر به بخش رسمی اقتصاد موثر است، مهم می‌نماید. از این رو مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل اثر جهانیشدن و استحکام حقوق قانونی وام بر اشتغال آسیب‌پذیر زنان در 13 کشور منتخب اسلامی طی دوره زمانی 2022-2013 انجام شد. بدین منظور از روش همجمعی حداقل مربعات پویای تابلویی (PDOLS) استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که استحکام حقوق قانونی وام بر اشتغال آسیب‌پذیر زنان اثر منفی داشته است. شاخص جهانیشدن اثر غیرخطی و U شکل بر اشتغال آسیب‌پذیر زنان داشته است. نابرابری جنسیتی و جمعیت شهرنشین نیز بر اشتغال آسیب‌پذیر زنان اثر مثبت برجای گذاشته‌اند.
