ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش قابلیتهای رهبری زنان بر عملکرد سازمانی و توسعه پایدار با بررسی تأثیرات روان شناسی فرهنگی بود. جامعه پژوهش، مقالات علمی پژوهشی چاپ شده در حوزه قابلیت های رهبری زنان طی 10 سال گذشته بود. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل44 مقاله از مقالات مربوط به جامعه مذکور بود. روش پژوهش فراترکیب به صورت کیفی بود. برای گردآوری داده ها در پژوهش حاضر، از الگوی سندلوسکی و باروس (2007) استفاده شد و از این طریق ابتدا مقالات علمی پژوهشی در حیطه مربوط به پژوهش مشخص شد و پس از آن اطلاعات موجود در آنها به صورت مضامین و موضوعات، استخراج و کدگذاری شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که زنان قابلیت قابل توجهی در رهبری سازمانی دارند و حضور زنان در پستهای مدیریتی نه تنها به بهبود عملکرد سازمانها کمک میکند، بلکه میتواند به تغییرات مثبت در فرهنگ سازمانی و توسعه پایدار منجر شود. بهویژه، تأثیرات روان شناسی فرهنگی بر درک و توانمندیهای زنان در رهبری، ضرورت توجه بیشتر به موانع اجتماعی و فرهنگی مربوطه را نشان میدهد و از این رو در پژوهش ها تاکید شده است که برای ارتقاء قابلیتهای رهبری زنان و بهبود عملکرد سازمانها، نیاز به تغییرات بنیادین در ساختارهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی می باشد.
