طراحي الگوی جوان گرایی در مدیریت در بخش دولتی بر پایه رهنمود های رهبر انقلاب

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش طراحي الگوی جوان گرایی در مدیریت در بخش دولتی بر پایه رهنمود های رهبر انقلاب بود. در این پژوهش پنج مقوله ایجاد ایجاد سیستم های حمایتی، ایجاد مدیریت منابع انسانی توانمندساز، ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی تسهیلگر و یادگیرنده، توسعه توان حرفه ای و رهبری در سازمان، بهره گیری از تجربیات که می تواند بر الگوی جوانگرایی در مدیریت تأثیر بگذارد. به عنوان مقوله های مربوط به شرایط علّی شناسایی شدند. ویژگی های فردی، تمرکز قدرت، شایسته سالاری، پویایی و بلوغ سازمانی، برنامه، مهـارت ارزیـابی نیازهـا به عنوان عوامل اصلی زمینه ای هستند. و مقولات اعمال نفوذهای غیررسمی، فاصله از قدرت، نبود نظام شایسته سالاری، تعامل احزاب و شکبه ها، تنش های سیاسی به عنوان مقوله های مداخله گر در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنین پژوهشگر با توجه به مجموعه مفاهیمی که از لا به لای مصاحبه ها و کدهای نهایی استخراج شده، جوان گرايی دربیانیه گام دوم، روحیه تحولی بالا، آغاز گری عصر جدید، تمدن سازی، ایجاد گردش نخبگان ، استفاده از ظرفیت های جدید، ایجاد نگرش مثبت به سازمان، جامعه پردازی، باورپذیری به عنوان راهبرد های پژوهش شناسایی کرد.
