مدل پارادایمی رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس: یک بازتعریف محلی از شایستگی‌های مدیریتی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل پارادایمی شایستگی رهبری اخلاقی مدیران مدارس بندر لنگه است. این پژوهش با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد انجام شد و نمونه پژوهش 21 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران مدیریت آموزش‌وپرورش بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تکنیک‌های گلوله‌برفی و گزینش مبتنی بر معیار انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و شش مقوله، 20 مفهوم و 85 کد اصلی شناسایی و در قالب مدل پارادایمی سازمان‌دهی شد. مدل نوین به نیازهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی نظام آموزشی بندر لنگه توجه دارد و از مدل‌های موجود در ادبیات بین‌المللی متمایز است. نتایج نشان داد که شایستگی رهبری اخلاقی شامل ویژگی‌ها و کارکردهایی است که تقویت آن نیازمند راهبردهایی مانند تقویت اخلاق حرفه‌ای و تدوین قوانین حمایتی است. همچنین، عوامل مداخله‌گر (آموزش‌های تخصصی، سیاست‌های مدیریتی و سازمانی، برنامه‌ریزی مؤثر و سیستم‌های نظارتی مناسب)و زمینه‌ای(زیرساخت‌های مالی، فیزیکی و انسانی) تأثیر زیادی بر پیامدهای چندبعدی(حرفه‌ای، اجتماعی و مدیریتی) این رهبری دارند.
