تاثیر طرحواره درمانی بر سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل انجام شد.
روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع نیمه ازمایشی با طرح تحقیق پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و روش آماری آن تحلیل کواریانس بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش‌را زنان متاهل مراجعه کننده به سراهای محله منطقه ۱۱ شهر تهران تشکیل داده بودند (N=100). ابتدا به صورت خوشه‌ای از سرای محله‌های منطقه ۱1 شهر تهران دو سرای محله انتخاب، سپس با نصب بنر و فراخوان عمومی به صورت داوطلبانه به زنان پرسشنامه داده شد و به صورت هدفمند ۳۰ نفر از داوطلبان که واجد شرایط بودند انتخاب شد و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه، 15 نفر گروه کنترل و 15 نفر گروه آزمایش قرار گرفتند؛ گروه آزمایش به مدت ۱۰ جلسه در طرحواره درمانی شرکت کردند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی اسپاینر (۱۹۷۶) با آلفای کرونباخ 96/0 بود که گروه گواه و آزمایش یک بار پیش از شروع اولین جلسه و یک بار پس از پایان آخرین جلسه طرحواره درمانی به آن پاسخ دادند.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که طرحواره درمانی بر سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل منطقه ۱۱ شهر تهران اثرگذار بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش می‌توان گفت طرحواره درمانی باعث افزایش سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل می‌شود؛ از این رو می‌توان به روانشناسان توصیه کرد برای افزایش سازگاری زناشویی در زنان متاهل از این رویکرد استفاده کنند.
