مدل ساختاری حساسیت بینفردی بر اساس ترومای دوران کودکی باتوجهبه نقش واسطه احساس ناکامی و ناامیدی در دانشجویان زن علوم پزشکی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش، آزمون برازندگی مدل ساختاری حساسیت بینفردی بر اساس ترومای دوران کودکی باتوجهبه نقش واسطه احساس ناکامی و ناامیدی در دانشجویان زن در دانشجویان علومپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد استان قم بود.
روش: این پژوهش در زمره پژوهشهای بنیادین و از نوع توصیفی _ همبستگی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان زن علومپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی قم تشکیل دادند که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. حجم نمونه به تعداد 200 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس به پژوهش وارد شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای ترومای دوران کودکی برنستاین و همکاران (2003)، پرسشنامه حساسیت بینفردی بایس و پارکر (1989)، پرسشنامه احساس ناکامی گیلبرت و آلن (1998) و پرسشنامه احساس ناامیدی بک (1974) به شکل مستقیم برای اندازهگیری و گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. دادههای گردآوری شده به روش ماتریس همبستگی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. از نرمافزار spss26 و pls3 برای آنالیز دادهها استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد شاخصهای مدل پیشنهادی از برازش قابلقبولی برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد در سطح 95/0 درصد اطمینان احساس ناکامی و ناامیدی اثر مستقیم بر حساسیت بینفردی دانشجویان زن دارند و ترومای دوران کودکی اثر مستقیم بر حساسیت بینفردی نداشت. نتایج بوت استروپ مشخص کرد ترومای دوران کودکی اثر غیرمستقیم بهواسطه احساس ناکامی بر حساسیت بینفردی دانشجویان زن دارند.
نتیجهگیری: ترومای دوران کودکی و احساس ناکامی و ناامیدی میتوانند حساسیت بینفردی را به شکل مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تحتتأثیر قرار دهند.
