رابطه مؤلفههای سلامت سازمانی با اعتماد سازمانی و مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی دبیران آموزش و پرورش ساری

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه مؤلفههای سلامت سازمانی با اعتماد سازمانی و مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی دبیران آموزش و پرورش شهر ساری انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی زمینهیابی بوده است. جامعهآماری آن تمامی دبیران دبیرستانهای دخترانه شهر ساری در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به تعداد 385 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه نیز بر اساس فرمول کوکران و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 195 نفر انتخاب شد. روش نمونهگیری، تصادفی ساده بود. برای گردآوری دادهها نیز از روش کتابخانهای و میدانی استفاده شد. در روش میدانی از سه پرسش نامه استاندارد، سلامت سازمانی 44 پرسشی هوی و همکارانش (1966)، اعتماد سازمانی 21 پرسشی رابینز (1998) و مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی25 پرسشی کارول (1991) استفاده شد. داده های گردآوری شده نیز در محیط SPSS طبقه بندی و مقدار ضریب اعتماد با روش آلفای کرونباخ برای این ابزار محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی چون فراوانی، درصد، نمودار، شاخصهای گرایش مرکزی (میانگین، میانه، مد)، شاخصهای گرایش پراکندگی (خطای استاندارد میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، واریانس، دامنه تغییرات، کمینه و بیشینه) استفاده شد و از روشهای آمار استنباطی آزمون t و ضریب همبستگی بکار گرفته شد. بنابراین، نتایج نشان دادند که بین مؤلفههای سلامت سازمانی (هفت مؤلفه تأکید علمی، روحیه، حمایت منابع، ساختدهی، ملاحظهگری، نفوذ مدیر و یگانگی نهادی) با اعتماد سازمانی و مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی دبیران دبیرستانهای دخترانه شهر ساری رابطه ای معنیدار وجود دارد.
