ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر دورههای آموزشی برگزار شده ضمن خدمت در زمینه روشها و فنون تدریس، مدیریت کلاس و سنجش و اندازهگیری بر عملکرد معلمان چهار ناحیه آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز بود. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علّی – مقایسهای بود. برای این منظور معلمان به دو گروه مطالعه و مقایسه(گواه) تقسیم شدند. برای گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز از چک لیست مشاهده و فرمیبرای استخراج نمرات دانشآموزان استفاده شد. ضمن تأمین اعتبار محتوایی چک لیست، پایایی آن نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرنباخ به میزان 0.885 برآورد گردید. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از شاخصهای میانگین و آزمون تی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتههای حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد دورههای آموزش ضمن خدمت روشها و فنون تدریس، مدیریت کلاس و سنجش و اندازهگیری، تأثیری بر عملکرد حرفهای معلمان در تدریس کلاسی، کلاسداری، ارزشیابی کلاسی و وضعیت تحصیلی دانشآموزان ندارد.
