شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه های آموزش کارکنان در موسسات آموزش عالی بر پایه روش تحلیل مضمون

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه های آموزش کارکنان در موسسات آموزش عالی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و روش تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه بهترین بدترین بود. این تحقیق با روش شناسی از نوع آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) انجام شد. ابتدا عوامل موثر بر آموزش کارکنان از طریق بررسی ادبیات موضوع و تحلیل محتوای 71 مقاله و رساله مرتبط و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با سیزده نفر از خبرگان شناسایی شد. پس از غربالگری به تعداد 177 عامل مهم تقلیل و در قالب 25 تم فرعی و 7 تم اصلی (نیازسنجی آموزشی، اهداف آموزشی، شیوه های ارزشیابی، ارزشیابی آموزشی، بهسازی کارکنان در موسسات آموزش عالی، شرایط حاکم بر موسسات آموزش عالی، تسهیلات آموزشی) طبقه بندی گردید. شاخص ها با استفاده از رویکرد جدید تلفیقی بهترین – بدترین (BWM) رتبه بندی شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های نیازسنجی آموزشی و تسهیلات آموزشی به ترتیب بهترین - بدترین شاخص های آموزش کارکنان در موسسات آموزش عالی بودند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش امید است مدیران بتوانند با شناخت و اولویت بندی موثرتر مولفه های آموزش کارکنان در موسسات آموزش عالی، سطح دانش و کیفیت رفتار و عملکرد کارکنان را بهبود بخشند.
