بررسی تاثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر تعهد سازمانی با میانجیگری عدالت سازمان در بین معلمان ابتدایی ناحیه دوم شهرستان اردبیل در سالتحصیلی 1400-1399

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش رهبری اخلاقی بر تعهد سازمانی با میانجیگیری عدالت سازمانی انجام شد. روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با توجه به فلسفه پژوهش، پژوهشی کمی، با توجه به هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه جمع آوری داده ها و تحلیل آنها، روش مورد استفاده روش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه معلمان ابتدایی ناحیه دو شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 به تعداد 1291 نفر بودند. جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تکنیکهای آماری نظیر ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS و AMOS-22 استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که همبستگی بین متغیرهای رهبری اخلاقی و تعهد سازمانی 70/.، رهبری اخلاقی و عدالت سازمانی، 61/0، عدالت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی 50/0 در سطح 01/0<P معنادار میباشد. همچنین یافته های مربوط به آزمون معنیداری اثر غیر مستقیم و نقش میانجی عدالت سازمانی نشان داد که سهم واسطه گری متغیر عدالت سازمانی در رابطه بین رهبری اخلاقی و تعهد سازمانی(004/0p=) معنیدار است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این که یافتههای آماری نشان داد، متغیر عدالت سازمانی به صورت معنی داری رابطه بین رهبری اخلاقی معلمان با تعهد سازمانی آنها را میانجی گری میکند، لذا باید مسئولین آموزش و پرورش به این مفهوم توجه شایانی داشته باشند.
