بررسی تأثیر ابعاد هوش عاطفی بر رهبری هوشمند در سازمانهای عصر دانش (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه فرهنگیان)

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل چگونگی تأثیر مؤلفههای هوش عاطفی بر رهبری هوشمند انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش، توصیفی – همبستگی با تأکید بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدرسان و اعضای هیات علمی پردیسهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان(1100نفر) تشکیل میدادند. حجم نمونه انتخابی بر اساس یک قاعده به منظور انجام تحلیل عامل تاییدی، 330 نفر با بهرهگیری از روش طبقهای متناسب تعیین شد. دادههای مربوط به رهبری هوشمند به وسیله پرسشنامه محققساخته و دادههای مربوط به هوش عاطفی به وسیله پرسشنامهی هوش عاطفی «گولمن» جمعآوری شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای مؤلفههای رهبری هوشمند برابر 89/0 و برای ابعاد هوش عاطفی برابر 825/0 به دست آمد که دلالت بر پایایی مناسب ابزار گردآوری دادهها دارد و روایی صوریی و محتوایی آنها با بهرهگیری از نظر متخصصان و صاحب نظران تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به کمک دو نرمافزار SPSSو LISREL صورت پذیرفت. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهند که «آگاهی در خصوص موقعیت» با ضریب تشخیص 892/0 مهمترین بٌعد رهبری هوشمند را تشکیل میدهد. هم چنین نتایج نشان داده است که «مهارت اجتماعی» و «خوداگاهی» با ضریب تشخیص 43/0 و 33/0 به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین ابعاد هوش عاطفی که بر رهبری هوشمند تأثیر مهمی دارند، محسوب میشوند.
