ارائه الگویی برای خلاقیت بر اساس فرهنگ سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی در بین کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش

ملخص المقالة :
آموزش و پرورش شهرستان عجبشیر است؛ جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه معلمان دورههای اول و دوم ابتدایی و متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهرستان عجبشیر به تعداد 550 نفر است. حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران 226 نفر برآورد و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده است. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل سه پرسشنامه؛ پرسشنامه خلاقیت رندسیپ (1979)، پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی دفت (2001) و پرسشنامه عدالت سازمانی گرینبرگ (1987) است که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی و اطمینان از آن در اختیار نمونه آماری قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای آماری از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. بدین ترتیب برای تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی بر خلاقیت کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان عجبشیر از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون با نرمافزار SPss و جهت ارائه الگویی برای خلاقیت از نرمافزار Amos استفاده گردیده است.. نتایج حاصل نشان میدهد که عدالت سازمانی و ابعاد عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویهای و عدالت مراودهای و فرهنگ سازمانی و ابعاد فرهنگ کارآفرینی، فرهنگ مشارکتی، فرهنگ مأموریتی و فرهنگ بروکراتیک بر خلاقیت کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان عجبشیر مؤثر است. همچنین در یک تأثیر همزمان بین ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی، فرهنگ کارآفرینی و بین ابعاد عدالت سازمانی، عدالت مراودهای بیشترین تأثیر را بر خلاقیت کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان عجبشیر دارند. و الگوی ارائه شده برای خلاقیت بر اساس فرهنگ سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی نشاندهنده برازش مناسب مدل و تأیید آن است.
