بررسی میزان قابلیت پیشبینی تنیدگیشغلی معلمان براساس مؤلفههای سلامتسازمانی و مهارتهایارتباطی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان قابلیت پیشبینی تنیدگیشغلی معلمان براساس مؤلفههای سلامتسازمانی و مهارتهایارتباطی صورت گرفتهاست. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعهآماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی دولتی شهر تبریز میباشد. نمونهآماری این تحقیق 120 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای از مدارس ناحیه 1 و 2 شهر تبریز انتخاب شد. جهت گردآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارتارتباطی، سلامتسازمانی و تنیدگیشغلی استفاده شدهاست. جهت تعیین روایی پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی استفاده شد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی(میانگین، انحرافمعیار) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین مهارتهایارتباطی و سلامتسازمانی و خردهمقیاسهای آنها با تنیدگیشغلی رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین مهارتارتباطی و سلامتسازمانی پیشبینیکننده خوبی برای تنیدگیشغلی نیستند.
