تأثیر بلوغ سازمانی بر آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل کلیدی بلوغ سازمانی موثر در آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رشت) میباشد که به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اعضاء هیأت علمی، مدیران و رؤسای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رشت بودند که 77 نفر آنان براساس جدول تعیین حداقل حجم نمونه بارتلت و همکاران و به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن با کسب نظرات صاحبنظران و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. در این پژوهش، یادگیری سازمانی براساس پرسشنامه نیف، فرهنگ سازمانی براساس مدل دنیسون، تعهد سازمانی براساس مدل آلن و مایر، ساختار سازمانی براساس پرسشنامه رابینز و دو عامل مدیریت و منابع انسانی سازمان و همچنین متغیر وابسته آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان با استفاده از گویههای انتخابی بر پایه مرور ادبیات، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای شناسایی مهمترین عوامل موثر بر آمادگی الکترونیک از روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOSاستفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از تکنیک تحلیل مسیر نشان میدهد که شش عامل بلوغ سازمانی مورد مطالعه 80 درصد از مجموع تغییرات متغیر وابسته پژوهش(آمادگی الکترونیک دانشگاه) را تبیین نمودند و دو متغیر فرهنگ و ساختار سازمانی دارای اثر مستقیم بر متغیر وابسته پژوهش بوده و چهار متغیر دیگر به طور غیرمستقیم بر متغیر وابسته موثر میباشند.
