بررسی تاثیر ادراک از بافت اخلاقی سازمان بر واکنش های شغلی کارکنان خانم دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد: تاکید بر نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده

امروزه و با ورود هر چه بیش تر زنان به محیطهای کاری و بویژه محیطهای دانشگاهی نیاز به انجام پژوهش هایی با هدف بررسی واکنشهای شغلی این گروه بیش تر احساس میگردد، افزون بر این، به نظر میرسد که زنان از حساسیت بیش تری نسبت به مسایل حمایتی و اخلاقی در سازمان برخوردار باشند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر بافت اخلاقی سازمان بر واکنشهای شغلی کارکنان خانم دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، همچنین بررسی نقش میانجی متغیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده میباشد. روش نمونهگیری، طبقهبندی دو مرحلهای میباشد و پرسش نامه در میان 210 تن از کارکنان خانم دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد توزیع شده است. برای تامین اعتبار محتوایی پرسش نامه از نظر کارشناسان و اساتید مدیریت استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و برای کل پرسش نامه 798/0 برآورد شد که نشان از پایایی مناسب پرسش نامه دارد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون میانگین، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادله های ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار WARPPLS استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که وجود بافت اخلاقی از راه وجود حمایت سازمانی بر رضایتمندی کارکنان خانم دانشگاه فردوسی موثر است. همچنین، اثر منفی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بافت اخلاقی بر قصد ترک سازمان تایید شده است.
