ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: در این مقاله آثار حضور زنان در هیأت مدیره شرکتها بر کارایی سرمایهگذاری در نیروی کار آنها با در نظر گرفتن نقش نظارت درون-سازمان و برونسازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
روششناسی: روش این پژوهش از نوع کمّی و پسرویدادی است و برای اندازهگیری کارایی سرمایهگذاری در نیروی کار از الگوی پینوک و لیلیس استفاده شد. نمونه این پژوهش مبتنی بر دادههای مربوط به 122 شرکت فعال در بورس تهران از سال 1386 تا 1398 میباشد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیلهای رگرسیونی پژوهش نشان داد که بین تنوع جنسیتی هیئت مدیره و کارایی سرمایهگذاری در نیروی کار شرکتها رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین بیش(کم)سرمایهگذاری در نیروی کار و تنوع جنسیتی هیئت مدیره رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. افزونبر این، شواهد نشان داد زمانی که شرکتها دارای نظارت درونسازمانی و برونسازمانی ضعیف هستند، رابطه مثبت قویتری بین تنوع جنسیتی هیئت مدیره و کارایی سرمایهگذاری در نیروی کار وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس شواهد بدست آمده از پژوهش به سهامداران شرکتها پیشنهاد میشود که در انتخاب اعضای هیئت مدیره، حضور بانوان و انتخاب آنها به عنوان عضو هیئت مدیره توجه ویژهای داشته باشند. همچنین، به سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار تهران، نهادهای متولی استخدام در ایران و سایر نهادهای ذیربط پیشنهاد میشود با تعامل با یکدیگر برای ارتقای نیروی کار شرکتها، قوانینی را وضع کنند که شرکتها موظف به انتخاب اعضای هیئت مدیره زن شوند.
