اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر در برگیرندهی کلیهی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم شهر قم در سال 1396 بود. با توجه به نیمه آزمایشی بودن طرح، نمونهای به حجم 30 بیمار (هر گروه 15 نفر) با توجه به معیارهای شمول از بین افراد جامعه آماری به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. اعضای نمونه به صورت جایگزینی تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامهی کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی بود. سپس آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت نمودند و گروه کنترل مداخله ای را دریافت نکردند . هر دو گروه در مرحلهی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، پرسشنامهی پژوهش را تکمیل کردند .برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها توسط نرم افزار SPSS از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم تأثیر معناداری دارد. (01/0 > P) به نظر میرسد این مداخله درمانی برای سلامت روانی مادران دارای کودک اوتیسم کاربردی باشد.
