بررسی رابطه شایستگیها و منزلت استادان زن با کیفیت تدریس آنان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

هدف عمده این پژوهش ،بررسی رابطه بین شایستگیها و منزلت استادان زن در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با کیفیت تدریس آنان بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی زن واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی منطقه یک بودند که از بین آنها با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی از نوع خوشه ای طبقه ای تعداد 136 نفر به عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای اندازه گیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته کیفیت تدریس با 27 عبارت در مقیاس لیکرت و آلفای کرونباخ 861/0 ، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارزیابی منزلت استادان در دانشگاه با 6 عبارت و آلفای کرونباخ 824/0، و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش شایستگیهای استادان با 13 عبارت و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 866/0 بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از محاسبه ضریب رگرسیون و همچنین برای مشخص کردن سهم عوامل شایستگیها و منزلت استادان بر کیفیت تدریس از رگرسیون چندگانه بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان دادند که منزلت استادان با ضریب 104/0 و شایستگیهای استادان با ضریب 262/0 بصورت مستقیم مثبت و معناداری با کیفیت تدریس رابطه دارند و از قدرت پیش بنی مناسبی برای کیفیت تدریس استادان برخوردار می باشند.
