نقش واسطهای بهزیستی روان شناختی در بین سرمایه اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی در زنان فرهنگی شهرستان سرباز

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش تبییننقش واسطهای بهزیستی روانشناختی در بین سرمایه اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی در زنان فرهنگی شهر سرباز بود. در این پژوهش از روش پیمایشی- همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان فرهنگی شهر سرباز و نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای مرحلهای تعداد 191 نفر انتخاب گردید. دادهها از روش پرسشنامههای بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف(1989)، خودکارامدی آدامز و شرر(1982) و سرمایه اجتماعی سهامی (1387) گردآوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر به روش بارون و کنی استفاده شد. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان دادند که خودکارآمدی با سرمایه اجتماعی و مولفههای آن به اسثتنائی مولفه اعتماد به خانواده رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین، خودکارآمدی با بهزیستی روانشناختی و مولفههای آن رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. افزون بر این، نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان دادند که متغیرهای اعتماد سیاسی و شبکه اجتماعی به صورت مستقیم بر متغیر خودکارآمدی تأثیر میگذارد و متغیر بهزیستی روانشناختی نقش واسطهای بین سرمایه اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی ایفا میکند، اما مولفههای اعتماد به خانواده و مشارکت اجتماعی تاثیری معنادار بر خودکارآمدی نداشتند و تنها مولفه تاثیرگذار سرمایه اجتماعی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، اعتماد سیاسی بود.
