اثربخشی درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک بر راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تکانشگری زنان اقدام کننده به خودکشی شهر ایلام

ملخص المقالة :

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک بر راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تکانشگری زنان اقدام کننده به خودکشی شهر ایلام در سال 1397 بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. از بین کلیه زنان اقدام کننده به خودکشی شهر ایلام که در سال 1397 به بیمارستان شهید مصطفی خمینی (ره) ارجاع داده بودند، تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله ای و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی (CERQ-P)، مقیاس تکانشگری بارت (BIS) و پکیج درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک (Katz, 2005). داده ها با استفاده نرم افزار SPSS-21 و توسط شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل آزمون کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک تاثیر معنی داری بر راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تکانشگری زنان اقدام کننده به خودکشی دارد (000/0, p< 619/537=F).. نتایج آزمون کوواریانس تک متغیری نشان داد که بین پس آزمون دو گروه در راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان سازگارانه (00۰/0>p , 441/147=F)، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان نا سازگارانه (000/0, p< 707/235=F) و تکانشگری (000/0, p< 679/1170=F) تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک برای شرایط استرس و آسیب زا و شرایط بحرانی از قبیل اقدام به خودکشی مثمر ثمر است.
