بررسی تأثیر مؤلفههای بستر فردی و اجتماعی بر دلبستگی مکانی (مطالعه موردی: شهر قائمشهر)

دﻟﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻜﺎن، راﺑﻄﻪ و ﻧﻘﻄﻪ اﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣـﺮدم و مکانهاست. اﻳﻦ دﻟﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﻧﺤﻮه ارﺗﺒﺎط و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋــﺎﻃﻔﻲ ﻣﺜﺒــﺖ اﻧﺴــﺎن ﺑــﺎ ﻓﻀﺎﺳــﺖ و بهواسطه ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻓﺮدی، ﺟﻤﻌﻲ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ اﻳﺠﺎد میشود. دلبستگی به مکان و احساس تعلق به آن، در افراد این انگیزه را ایجاد میکند که به احیا و نوسازی همهجانبۀ محیطهای خانگی و محلی بپردازند. دلبستگی مکانی و حس تعلق میتواند زمینه مساعدی برای ایجاد دموکراسی مشارکتی فراهم سازد و اجرای برنامههای مختلف اقتصادی و اجتماعی را در اجتماع محلی با توفیق چشمگیر همراه کند و کیفیت زندگی و روند توسعه را بهبود بخشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر مؤلفههای بستر فردی و اجتماعی بر دلبستگی مکانی در شهر قائمشهر میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآروش تحقیق، جز پژوهشهای توصیفی- پیمایشی و بهطور کامل مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری است. گردآوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامهای با 4 مؤلفه (دلبستگی مکانی، وابستگی مکانی، هویت مکانی، پیوند اجتماعی) و 40 گویه بر مبنای پاسخهای ساکنان شهر قائمشهر با حجم نمونه 384 نفر انجام شد. اطلاعات جمعآوریشده از طریق نرمافزارهای SPSS21 و Smart- PLS3 مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این است که در شهر قائمشهر میزان دلبستگی مکانی و مؤلفههای مؤثر بر آن در سطح پایینی قرار دارند و مؤلفه وابستگی مکانی و هویت مکانی از منظر بستر فردی و شاخص پیوند اجتماعی از منظر بستر اجتماعی بر میزان دلبستگی مکانی (دلبستگی عاطفی) تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارند؛ بنابراین تقویت همزمان دو بستر فردی و اجتماعی سبب تقویت دلبستگی مکانی در شهر قائمشهر میشود.
