ملخص المقالة :

چکیده مقدمه: حس تعلق مکانی، از مفاهیمی است که در ارتباط انسان و محیط شهر شکل می‌گیرد. پایین‌بودن سطح کیفیت محیط شهر، ضعیف شدن پیوند‌های اجتماعی و کاهش میزان رضایت از مطلوبیت محیط در وضعیت و میزان حس تعلق به مکان تاثیر‌گذار است. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل وضعیت و بررسی رابطه رضایت و حس تعلق مکانی در محله فردوان شهر اصفهان است. محله فردوان در نتیجه رشد شتابان شهر اصفهان در 6 دهه اخیر در بخش شمالی شهر اصفهان به صورت خودرو و غیررسمی شکل گرفته است. روش: از نظر روش شناسی براساس ماهیت هدف از نوع کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت روش از نوع توصیفی_ موردی و تحلیلی است در گردآوری داده‌ها از روش میدانی به شکل پرسش‌نامه، و در تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های آمار استنباطی چون آزمون‌های، رگرسیون، آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای، آزمون یک دنباله راست میانگین و یک دنباله چپ میانگین در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده ‌شده است. یافته­ ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد میزان رضایت از شاخص­های دسترسی به خدمات ­و­ تسهیلات با میانگین 2.11 و شاخص کیفیت محله با میانگین 2.02 در وضعیت نامناسبی و نامطلوبی در محله فردوان قرار دارند، هم‌چنین، وضعیت شاخص حس تعلق با میانگن 2.52 نیز در وضعیت نامناسب و نامطلوبی قرار دارد. با توجه به مقدار سطح معناداری تحلیل آزمون تی­تک نمونه ای که کم‌تر از 0.05 شده است تفاوت میانگین ها با وضعیت مطلوب در شاخص های بررسی شده معنادار می‌باشد. تحلیل رابطه بین رضایت محله و تعلق مکانی در محله فردوان با مقدار 0.142 در مقدار کمینه و به شدت ضعیف بوده است. نتیجه­ گیری: تطبیق نتایج پژوهش با نظریه تعلق مکانی نیز نشان داد که پایین بودن میزان رضایت در محله نتواسته است در میزان حس تعلق مکانی در محله تاثیری داشته باشد.
