رضایتمندی شهروندان کمال شهر از عملکرد زیباسازی با رویکرد پایداری محیط شهری

ملخص المقالة :

         زیباسازی فضای­شهری ارتباط مستقیم با پایداری محیط­شهری دارد، به طوری­که عملکرد صحیح و عینیت کالبدی آن در شهرها، تأثیرات مطلوبی بر رضایتمندی شهروندان خواهد داشت. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی رضایتمندی شهروندان کمال­شهر استان البرز از عملکرد زیباسازی با رویکرد پایداری محیط شهری است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ اجرا، توصیفی، همبستگی با رویکرد علی است. متغیرهای مستقل این پژوهش شامل کیفیت خدمات ادراک شده از قابلیت ملموسات، اعتماد،اطمینان، پاسخگویی، همدلی است. متغیروابسته نیز، رضایتمندی شهروندان است. جامعه آماری را شهروندان کمالشهر استان البرز تشکیل می­دهند. حجم نمونه ۲۵۲ نفر از پرسشنامه استاندارد سروکوال در پنج بعد ملموسات، اعتماد، اطمینان، پاسخگویی و همدلی تعیین شد. داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار spss و آمار ناپارامتریک تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادکه بین گروههای سنی متفاوت در ابعاد ادراکات و انتظارات، شکاف کیفیت خدمات وجود دارد و بیشترین شکاف (7921/0-) مربوط به گروه سنی ۳۰ تا ۴۰ سال است. بیشترین میزان شکاف بین انتظارات و ادراکات مربوط به بعد قابلیت اعتماد (83/3-) و کمترین به بعد ملموسات (92/1-) است. خروجی حاصل از نرم افزار آموس نیز نشان داد که با تغییر یک واحد در متغیر پاسخگویی و اعتماد به میزان 4/72 تغییر در میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان به دست خواهد آمد و در مجموع بین مولفه های رضایتمندی و پایداری محیط شهری (001/0= sig) ارتباط وجود دارد. پاسخگویی به عنوان هسته اصلی در میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان محسوب می شود. پاسخگویی دارای رتبه اول، اعتماد رتبه دوم و ملموسات دریافت شده رتبه سوم است.
