ملخص المقالة :
رضایتمندی سکونتی متأثر از طیف گستردهای از شرایط ادراکشده عینی و ذهنی است و اغلب جهت ارزیابی ادراکات و احساسات ساکنین از واحد مسکونی، محله و محیط زندگی خویش بکار میرود. نهایتاً این مفهوم نشانهای مهم مبنی بر وجود ادراکات مثبت ساکنین نسبت به کیفیت زندگی خویش تلقی میشود. رضایتمندی سکونتی بر مباحثی مانند تعلق مکانی، مشارکت، ماندگاری جمعیت بهویژه در شهرهای جدید و طرحهای مسکن نو (مسکن مهر) تأثیر زیادی میگذارد.. شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در میزان رضایت و نارضایتی سکونتی ساکنان، میتواند در جهت تحلیل وضع موجود سکونتی، تصمیمات آتی بهمنظور ارتقای سطح کیفی محدودههای سکونتی افراد و جلوگیری از تکرار نواقص در سایر مکانها مؤثر واقع گردد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر رضایتمندی سکونتی بر ماندگاری جمعیت در طرح مسکن مهر شهر بهبهان میباشد. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر روش تحقیق، توصیفی - تحلیلی و ازنظر گردآوری دادهها، پیمایشی میباشد.ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل 804 نفر ساکن مجتمع میباشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 280 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. پرسشنامه تحقیق شامل دو متغیر اصلی (رضایتمندی سکونتی(کالبدی، اجتماعی، دسترسی، اقتصادی)، ماندگاری جمعیت) با 36 گویه است. اطلاعات جمعآوریشده از طریق نرمافزارهای SPSS21 و آموس 24 مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد که ساکنان مجتمع مسکن مهر از شاخصهای کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و دسترسی رضایت پایینی دارند. با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مشخص گردید شاخصهای کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، دسترسی که متغیر رضایتمندی را نشان میدهند بر ماندگاری جمعیت تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارند.
