اثربخشی بسته آموزشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته نوجوانان کمالگرا بر خودکارآمدی نوجوانان

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی درمان دیالکتیک مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته نوجوانان کمالگرا بر خودکارآمدی نوجوانان شهرفلاورجان (اصفهان) انجام گرفت.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه پسران نوجوان در مقطع متوسطه اول شهر فلاورجان(اصفهان) در سال 1400 انجام گرفت. به این ترتیب 4۰ پسر نوجوان به شکل نمونه گیری خوشهای با توجه به ملاکهای ورود و خروج انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند(هر گروه 20 نفر). شرکتکنندهها قبل و بعد از مداخله به ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی(موریس،2002) پاسخ دادند. شرکتکنندههای گروه آزمایش به مدت ۸ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای تحت آموزش رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته نوجوانان کمالگرا قرار گرفتند، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و سطح استنباطی (تحلیل کواریانس یک راهه) و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss22تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در متغیر خودکارآمدی و مولفههای تحصیلی، اجتماعی و هیجانی خود افزایش معنادار در مرحله پس آزمون داشته اند(p0/05).
نتیجه گیری: بنابر یافتههای پژوهش، می توان برای بهبود خودکارآمدی و مولفههای آن در پسران نوجوان، از بسته آموزشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک مبتنی بر تجربه زیسته نوجوانان کمالگرا استفاده کرد. نتایج این پژوهش قابلیت این را دارد که مورد استفاده مشاوران و روانشناسان قرار گیرد.
