ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: ازدواج به عنوان یک پیوندی که باعث افزایش زندگیهای فردی و اجتماعی افراد میشود، و یکی از بزرگترین تصمیمهایی که یک فرد در دوران زندگیاش میگیرد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر انتظارات ایدهآلگرایانه بر کاهش انتظارات ایدهآلگرایانه در زوجهای متقاضی ازدواج بود.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش در یک طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خطّ پایه چندگانه انجام گرفت. سه زوج متقاضی ازدواج از میان جامعهی دختران و پسران متقاضی ازدواج مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشت هفده شهریور اهوا (سه زن و سه مرد) با رعایت ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و در مراحل خطّ پایه و مداخله مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. سه زوج پرسشنامه انتظارات زناشویی ایدهآل در مراحل خطّ پایه و در جلسههای دوم، چهارم و هفتم آموزشی تکمیل نمودند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر بهبودی نسبی آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر انتظارات ایدهآلگرایانه در کاهش انتظارات زوجهای اوّل (55/42 درصد) و دوم (46/38 درصد) مؤثر بود و نه برای زوج سوم (61/30 درصد).
بحث و نتیجه گیری: براساس یافتهها این مداخله در کاهش انتظارات ایدهآل گرایانه دو زوج اوّل و دوم به طور نسبی مؤثر است و پیشنهاد میشود که روانشناسان و مشاوران پیش از ازدواج و خانواده از این برنامهی آموزشی برای پیشگیری و بهبود استحکام خانواده استفاده نمایند.
