تأثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر انتظارات زناشویی ایده‌آل‌گرایانه بر کاهش انتظارات زناشویی ایده‌آل‌گرایانه در زوج‌های متقاضی ازدواج: یک مطالعه‌ی تک موردی

ملخص المقالة :

مقدمه و هدف: ازدواج به عنوان یک پیوندی که باعث افزایش زندگی‌های فردی و اجتماعی افراد می‌شود، و یکی از بزرگترین تصمیم­هایی که یک فرد در دوران زندگی­اش می­گیرد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر انتظارات ایده­آل­گرایانه بر کاهش انتظارات ایده­آل­گرایانه در زوج­های متقاضی ازدواج بود.
مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش در یک طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خطّ پایه چندگانه انجام گرفت. سه زوج متقاضی ازدواج از میان جامعه­ی دختران و پسران متقاضی ازدواج مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشت هفده شهریور اهوا (سه زن و سه مرد) با رعایت ملاک­های ورود به پژوهش به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و در مراحل خطّ پایه و مداخله مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. سه زوج پرسش­نامه انتظارات زناشویی ایده­آل در مراحل خطّ پایه و در جلسه­های دوم، چهارم و هفتم آموزشی تکمیل نمودند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر بهبودی نسبی آموزش پیش از ازدواج مبتنی بر انتظارات ایده­آل­گرایانه در کاهش انتظارات زوج­های اوّل (55/42 درصد) و دوم (46/38 درصد) مؤثر بود و نه برای زوج سوم (61/30 درصد). 
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: براساس یافته­ها این مداخله در کاهش انتظارات ایده­آل گرایانه دو زوج اوّل و دوم به طور نسبی مؤثر است و پیشنهاد می­شود که روان­شناسان و مشاوران پیش از ازدواج و خانواده از این برنامه­ی آموزشی برای پیشگیری و بهبود استحکام خانواده استفاده نمایند. ­
