بررسی و مقایسه اثر بخشی مداخله مبتنی بر مدل لذت افزایی و مدل خودخاموشی در کاهش افسردگی در زنان دارای نشانه های افسردگی

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش بر اساس مدل خودخاموشی و مدل لذت افزایی طراحی شده است. مدل خودخاموشی متاثر از نظریه های شناختی ،دلبستگی، گشتالت می باشد که بر نقش عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی در عدم بیان خواست ها و امیال زنان که منجر به افسردگی می گرددتاکید دارد. مدل لذت افزایی در روانشناسی مثبت نگر معتقد است به جای آموزش روش های مقابله با مشکلات، می توان روش های لذت افزایی را به افراد آموزش داد و از مشکلات روانشناختی پیشگیری یا آنها را درمان کرد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از پروتکل های درمانی، همچنین دریافت راهنمایی از نظریه پردازان این دو مدل برنامه های مداخلاتی تهیه گردید. نمونه پژوهش شامل 45 زن 20 الی 40 ساله با تحصیلات لیسانس و بالاتر شاغل در آموزش و پرورش بود که بر اساس پرسشنامه بک و مصاحبه دارای علایم افسردگی بودند. نمونه شامل گروه لذت افزایی، گروه خودخاموشی و گروه کنترل بود که از هر گروه با پرسشنامه بک پیش آزمون و پس از آزمون اخذ شد. در فاصله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، شرکت کنندگان برنامه مداخله ای گروه خود را دریافت کردند. روش مورد نظر برای تحلیل داده ها تحلیل کوواریانس بود که به دلیل رعایت نشدن پیش فرض ها با تحلیل واریانس بر نمرات تفاضل در نرم افزار SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مداخله مبتنی بر لذت افزایی و خودخاموشی در کاهش افسردگی زنان موثر هستند و این دو روش از نظر کاهش افسردگی تفاوت معنی دار ندارند.
