نقش میانجی توانمندسازی روانشناختی در رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با کیفیت زندگی کاری

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و حمایت خانواده ادراک شده با کیفیت زندگیکاری با توجه به نقش میانجی توانمندسازی روانشناختی میباشد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل آموزگاران زن حقالتدریس شهرستان کوار بوده که تعداد آنها 128 نفر میباشند. به دلیل تعداد کم حجم نمونه، روش نمونهگیری به شیوهی سرشماری است که تمام واحدهای جامعه را در بر میگیرد. برای گردآوری دادهها از چهار پرسشنامه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده(آیزنبرگر و همکاران)، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده(زیمت و همکاران)، کیفیتزندگیکاری(والتون) و توانمندسازی روانشناختی(اسپریتزر) استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامهها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج استخراج شده از پرسشنامهها به روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار Spss18 و Amos18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و بعد خانوادهی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با کیفیت زندگیکاری و توانمندسازی روانشناختی رابطه دارد. نتیجهگیری کلی نیز نشان میدهد که توانمندسازی روانشناختی نقشی میانجی در رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده(بعد خانواده) با کیفیت زندگی کاری ایفا میکند. بدین معنیکه با ارتقای توانمندسازی روانشناختی، حمایت سازمانی و حمایت خانواده میتوان زمینههای بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری آموزگاران زن حقالتدریس را فراهم کرد.
