اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی بر بهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی دانشآموزان زورگو

ملخص المقالة :
قلدریِ نوجوانان از جمله مشکلاتی است که در مدارس دیده میشود. لذا هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت اجتماعی بر بهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی دانشآموزان زورگو بود.این پژوهش به شیوهی آزمایشی و با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعهی آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی دانشآموزان پسر قلدر مقطع اول متوسطه تشکیل دادند که در سال تحصیلی 97-96 در شهر تهران مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونهی پژوهش شامل 40 دانشآموز پسر قلدر بود که بهصورتنمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند(20 نفر برای هر گروه). برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامهی بهزیستی اجتماعی، پرسشنامهی تجدیدنظر شدهی زورگو/ قربانی استفاده شد.نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی بربهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی دانشآموزان قلدر موثر بوده است (05/0P<).بر اساس یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش میتوان گفت از آنجا که آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی میتواند به افزایش رفتارهای سازگار و ایجاد همدلی تاثیر مهمی داشته باشد، این درمان میتواند منجر به بهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی در این دانشآموزان شود.
