الگوی روابط ساختاری اخلاق رابطه ای، حل مسئله ی اجتماعی و صمیمیت زناشویی

چکیده
صمیمیت زمینه بنیادی را در جهت رضایت و نارضایت فرد از زندگی موجب می شود و می تواند تعهد و سازگاری زوجین را افزایش دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق رابطه ای با صمیمیت زناشویی با نقش میانجی مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی در زنان متاهل شاغل بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی به روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام زنان شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان جوانرود به تعداد 450 نفر بود. با توجه به جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحلهای، 250 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامهی اخلاق رابطه ای، پرسشنامهی مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی و پرسشنامهی صمیمیت زناشویی پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss و lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اخلاق رابطه ای و مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی بر صمیمیت زناشویی اثر مستقیم دارند، همچنین اخلاق رابطه ای بر مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی اثر مستقیم دارد و اخلاق رابطه ای از طریق مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی بر صمیمیت زناشویی اثر غیر مستقیم دارد و مدل فرضی پژوهش نیز برازش مناسبی نشان داد. بنابراین میتوان گفت که اخلاق رابطه ای و مهارت حل مسئله اجتماعی از متغیرهای مهم و مرتبط با صمیمیت زناشویی هستند.
