اثر تعارض کار-خانواده و غنیسازی کار-خانواده بر قصد ترک شغل و بهزیستی روانشناختی: نقش واسطهای تعادل کار-زندگی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تعارض کار-خانواده و غنیسازی کار-خانواده بر قصد ترک شغل و بهزیستی روانشناختی با توجه به نقش واسطهای تعادل کار-زندگی بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 363 نفر(222 مرد و 141 زن) از کارکنان شرکت ملی حفاری ایران است که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغییرهای مورد مطالعه از پرسشنامههای تعارض کار-خانواده، غنیسازی کار-خانواده، تعادل کار-زندگی، قصد ترک شغل و برای سنجش متغییر بهزیستی روانشناختی از پرسشنامههای خشنودی شغلی، خشنودی خانوادگی و سلامت روان استفاده شد. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویراست 22 و AMOS ویراست 22 انجام گرفته است. برای آزمودن فرضیههای واسطهای در الگوی پیشنهادی از روش بوت استراپ در برنامه ماکرو پریچر و هیز[1] (2008) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش نسبتاً خوبی با دادهها برخوردار است. برازش بهتر از راه همبسته کردن خطاهای دو مسیر بدست آمد. همچنین، 12 فرضیه (مستقیم و غیر مستقیم) مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.
