نقش واسطهای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه با ناگویی هیجانی

ناگویی هیجانی مشکلات زیادی را در زندگی شخصی و اجتماعی فرد ایجاد می کند. نقش روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه در بروز و تداوم این مشکلات چیست؟ دشواری تنظیم هیجان، چه نقشی در رابطه احتمالی بین روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه و ناگویی هیجانی ایفا میکند؟ به منظور یافتن پاسخ چنین پرسشهایی، هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطهای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه و ناگویی هیجانی بود. تعداد 287 نفر (158 زن، 129 مرد) از دانشجویان متاهل ساکن شهرستان ارومیه به شکل داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (TAS-20)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه روانسازه یانگ (YSQ-SF) و مقیاس دشواری تنظیم هیجان (DERS) را تکمیل کردند. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه، ناگویی هیجانی و دشواری تنظیم هیجان همبستگی مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین روان سازههای ناسازگار اولیه و ناگویی هیجانی نقش واسطه ای دارد. بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که رابطه روانسازههای ناسازگار اولیه و ناگویی هیجانی یک رابطه خطی و تک بعدی نیست، و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در این رابطه نقش واسطه ای دارد.
