نقش تعادل زندگی- کار و استرس شغلی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی پیراپزشکان (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)

ملخص المقالة :
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش تعادل زندگی- کار و استرس شغلی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در بین پیراپزشکان که به علت مشکلات خانوادگی معمولا نمیتوانند وظایفشان را در محیط کار پوشش دهند. این شرایط استرسزا در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و تعادل کار- زندگی مؤثر بود که در مقاله حاضر بررسی متغیرهای در بین 480 پیراپزشک شاغل در شهر اصفهان که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای و فرمول کوکران 103 نفر انتخاب شد و از پرسشنامه های کیفیت زناشویی پری (2004)، مقیاس تعادل زندگی و کار فیشر (2003) و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی HSE (2009)، جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 نشان دادند، استرس شغلی و عدم تعادل کار- زندگی باعث کاهش کیفیت زناشویی میشود و هر واحد استرس شغلی و تداخل کار- خانواده، میزان کیفیت زناشویی را به ترتیب به اندازه 22/. و 31/. کاهش میدهد. همچنین، از بین متغیرهای پیشبین پژوهش و مولفههای آن، استرش شغلی و تداخل زندگی با کار بهترین پیش بینیکننده کیفیت زناشویی هستند و 14 درصد از تغییرات کیفیت زناشویی را در پیراپزشکان تبیین میکند. بنابراین میتوان گفت، استرس شغلی و تداخل کار- خانواده،کیفیت زناشویی پیراپزشکان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد؛ بنابراین مدیر بیمارستانها و درمانگران خانواده در برنامه ریزی و درمان به نقش استرش شغلی و تداخل زندگی- کار توجه داشته باشند.
