بررسی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد اعتماد اولیه نسبت به اجرای اقدامهای حفاظتی از منابع آب و خاک در بین شالیکاران (مطالعه موردی: بخش لشت نشاء، استان گیلان)

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: آب و خاک دو منبع طبیعی ارزشمند هستند که بشر باید از آنها در برابر تخریب یا آلودگی محافظت کند. روشها و تکنیکهای گوناگونی وجود دارند که باعث کاهش روند تخریب و آلودگی آب و خاک میشوند که به طور کلی، به اقدامهای حفاظت از آب و خاک مرسوماند. در این مطالعه برای نخستینبار در ایران، عوامل موثر در شکلگیری اعتماد اولیه بمنظور پذیرش اقدامهای حفاظتی آب خاک، در بین شالیکارانی که در منطقه لشت نشاء، واقع در شمال ایران اشتغال دارند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روشها: از آنجا که وجود هر نوع رابطه بین دو شخص حقیقی یا حقوقی مستلزم وجود اعتماد است، از الگوی اعتماد اولیه به عنوان یک الگوی مفهومی مستقل استفاده شد. متغیرهای مورد استفاده در این مطالعه عبارتند از: شهرت شرکت، میل به اعتماد، تضمین ساختاری درک شده، انتظار عملکرد، انظارات نسبت به تلاش، سن و اندازه مزرعه. بمنظور ارزیابی الگوی مفهومی (زیرا بخش اعظم این پژوهش از مولفههای نگرشی تشکیل شده است) و متغیرهای ذکر شده، از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار SMART-PLS3 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: متغیر انتظارات نسبت به تلاش دارای بیشترین تأثیر در میان متغیرهای موجود در الگوی مفهومی این مطالعه بود.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: پیشنهاد این پژوهش این است که نهادهای مسئول در زمینه کشاورزی برای روشنشدن بیشتر کارایی و اثربخشی اقدامهای حفاظتی آب وخاک، به برگزاری کنفرانسها و گردهماییهایی را در مناطق روستایی با حضور کارشناسان آب و خاک و همچنین، شالیکاران، مبادرت ورزند.
