ملخص المقالة :

با توجه به نقش اساسی پایداری اجتماعی در تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار روستایی در پهنه سرزمین و همچنین اهمیت سرمایه اجتماعی و شاخص‌های آن در پایداری ساختارها و تشکل‌های اقتصادی، این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل میزان سرمایه اجتماعی در میان اعضای صندوق‌های آبادانی و پیشرفت روستایی شهرستان قصرقند انجام شده است.پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش بررسی آن توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد.جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی اعضای صندوق‌های آبادانی و پیشرفت روستایی در سطح 30 روستای هدف شهرستان قصرقند برابر با 1763عضو را شامل می‌گردد که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری ترکیبی تصادفی و از طریق فرمول کوکران 340عضو به عنوان جامعه نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است.داده‌های تحقیق از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری و در نرم‌افزار SPSS از طریق آزمون‌های Tتک نمونه‌ای و همبستگی پیرسون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که میزان سرمایه اجتماعی در بین اعضای صندوق‌های آبادانی و پیشرفت در حد متوسط(1/3) است.در این میان شاخص میزان اعتماد(3/3)در این مرحله در مناسب‌ترین وضعیت و شاخص مشارکت اجتماعی(مخصوصاً مشارکت زنان) و تأثیر ساختارهای حمایتی به ترتیب با(2/3) و(8/2) در ضعیف‌ترین وضعیت قرار می‌گیرند. همچنین یافته‌های حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون بیانگر وجود همبستگی درونی مثبت و معنادار (000/0Sig=) چهار شاخص اعتماد اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، ساختارهای حمایتی و انسجام اجتماعی در میان اعضای صندوق‌های آبادانی و پیشرفت سکونتگاه‌های روستایی هدف شهرستان قصرقند است. بنابراین شایسته است در سایه حکمروایی خوب روستایی با سیاست گذاری و همکاری مناسب دستگاه های متولی توسعه روستایی و ساختارهای حمایتی مخصوصا بنیاد علوی زمینه ی اعتماد،انسجام و مشارکت اجتماعی اعضا فراهم گردد تا در آینده شاهد توسعه و بهره وری صندوق‌های آبادانی و پیشرفت روستایی در سطح سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شهرستان قصرقند باشیم.
