تحلیلی بر پراکنش فضایی توسعه و نابرابری‌های منطقه‌ای در استان ایلام

ملخص المقالة :

توسعه به منزله تغییر بنیادی در متغیر های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در هر جامعه محسوب می شود و تحقق آن مستلزم ایجاد هماهنگی بین ابعاد گوناگون است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 10 شهرستان استان ایلام می باشد. هدف اصلی آن پراکنش فضایی توسعه و نابرابری های منطقه ای در استان ایلام می باشد. در راستای دست یابی به هدف مورد نظر 72 متغیر ( 24 متغیر شاخص اقتصادی زیر بنایی( زیر ساختی)،24 متغیر شاخص آموزشی - فرهنگی و 24 متغیر شاخص بهداشتی – درمانی) انتخاب گردیده و از تکنیک آنتروپی شانون جهت تعیین ضریب اهمیت شاخص ها و به منظور میزان برخورداری شهرستان های استان ایلام از مدل ARAS استفاده شده است . برای نشان دادن اختلاف و نابرابری بین شاخص ها و این که کدام شاخص بیشترین نابرابری را دارد از روش ضریب پراکندگی (CV) و نرم افزار SPSS ( آزمون همبستگی پیرسون) برای بررسی رابطه بین نرخ شهرنشینی و توسعه استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد در مجموع شاخص ها ضریب توسعه از 1 تا 754/0 در نوسان است‌. 4 شهرستان سیروان، مهران، ملکشاهی و چرداول به ترتیب در رتبه های اول تا چهارم و دارای سطح برخوردار و 6 شهرستان ایوان، دره شهر، بدره، دهلران و آبدانان و ایلام در رتبه های پنجم تا دهم و دارای سطح نیمه برخوردار هستند. بیشترین اختلاف و نابرابری مربوط به شاخص اقتصادی- زیر‌بنایی( زیرساختی) با 204/0 می‌باشد و کمترین مربوط به شاخص آموزشی- فرهنگی با100/0 می باشد. بین نرخ شهرنشینی و جمعیت با توسعه یافتگی همبستگی معکوس وجود دارددر مجموع این نتایج نشان از اختلاف و نابرابری بین شهرستان‌ها در برخورداری از شاخص‌های موجود می‌باشد.
