بررسی تاثیر ایجاد صندوق‌های توان افزایی بر سرمایه اجتماعی جوامع محلی مورد مطالعه: روستاهای بخش احمدی شهرستان حاجی آباد

تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی زمینه‌ساز توسعه معرفی گردیده است به طوری که سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی در قالب تشکل‌های محلی قادر به کاهش فقر و افزایش رفاه جامعه بیان شده است و تقویت سرمایه‌های اجتماعی عامل مشارکت و ارتباط فرد با افراد دیگر است. این امر به نوبه‌خود، نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت زندگی و توسعه پایدار روستایی دارد در این خصوص یکی از راه‌کارهای تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی افزایش مشارکت و انسجام اجتماعی از طریق ایجاد تشکل‌های روستایی در قالب صندوق‌های توان افزایی بیان شده است.این مقاله با روشتوصیفی- تحلیلی به ارزیابی شاخص‌ها پرداخته است، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات این تحقیق پرسشنامه است. داده‌های مورد نیاز در دو مقطع زمانی (قبل از تاسیس و شروع بکار صندوق‌ها(خرداد 1398) و بعد از فعالیت صندوق‌ها (خرداد و تیر ماه 1399)) جمع‌آوری گردید. جامعه هدف 2549 نفر از اعضای صندوق توان افزایی بخش احمدی، در 30 روستای هدف مطالعه است. داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بررسی یافته‌های توصیفی بیانگر آن است که در تاسیس صندوق‌ها توان افزایی زنان، جوانان و افراد باسواد مشارکت بیشتری داشته‌اند و یافته‌های تحلیلی نشان داد که ایجاد صندوق‌ها در افزایش شاخص‌های سرمایه اجتماعی موثر واقع شده است و توانسته است به تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی و نهایتاً توسعه روستایی منجر بشود. نتایج بیانگر آن است که بین مولفه‌های اعتماد اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی با ضریب همبستگی 456/0 درصد و بین مولفه مشارکت اجتماعی با سرمایه اجتماعی با ضریب همبستگی 421/0 درصد رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد و افزایش این دو مولفه از سرمایه اجتماعی توانسته است انسجام اجتماعی را تقویت نماید و به توسعه روستایی منجر شود.
