ملخص المقالة :
آب به عنوان عنصری که برای زندگی انسان نقش مهم و اصلی را دارد در دوران کنونی به یکی از مسایل چالش برانگیز تبدیل شده است. تقریباً اکثر دولتها به وضعیت منابع آبی سرزمین خود توجه می کنند و به دنبال راهکارهایی برای استفاده مناسب و بهتر مردم از منابع آب می باشند تا بتوانند با بحران کم آبی و کاهش منابع آب روبرو نشوند. هم اکنون 31 کشور جهان با کمبود آب رو به رو می باشند و تا سال 2025، تعداد 17 کشور دیگر نیز به سبب ازدیاد جمعیت به این گروه خواهند پیوست. یکی از کشورهایی که با چالش و کاهش کم آبی مواجه شده، ایران است. در این بین، برخی از استانها زودتر از بقیه استانها با چالش کم آبی مواجه شدهاند. استان کرمان یکی از استانهایی است که با توجه به نقش بخش کشاورزی در اشتغال و درامد اقتصادی مردم آن، مشکل کم آبی و خشکسالی در آن نمایان شده است. هدف اصلی در این مقاله واکاوی راهکارهای مؤثر در کاهش کم آبی در استان کرمان است. بر این اساس، سوال اصلی مطرح شده این است که کدام راهکار برای مقابله با کاهش کم آبی در استان کرمان بهتر و مؤثرتر است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری کتابخانه ای و سایتهای اینترنتی، استفاده شده است و یافته های تحقیق بدست آمده اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهند که استان کرمان، دچار چالشهای کم آبی است و الگوهای مدیریتی منابع آبی نسبت به طرحهای انتقال آب (بهشت آباد و صفارود)، بهتر و کاراتر میتوانند در زمینه حل مسایل کم آبی و کاهش منابع آب کارساز باشند.
