اثر ترکیبات زیست فعال استخراج شده از سبوس برنج بر عملکرد جسمانی و تندرستی

ملخص المقالة :
استفاده ورزشکاران از مکمل های گیاهی برای بهبود عملکرد و افزایش سازگاریهای تمرینی در دهه گذشته به شدت افزایش یافته است. مکمل های گیاهی نه تنها عملکرد ورزشکاران را ارتقاء می دهند، بلکه موجب حفظ سلامتی آنان نیزمی گردند. گیاهان دارویی حاوی درشت و ریز مغذی ها و ترکیبات فیتوشیمایی هستند که مسئول اثرات دارویی آنها می باشند. برنج یکی از پرمصرف ترین غلات بوده که به غیر از مغذی ها حاوی ترکیبات زیست فعال متعدد می باشد که موجب توسعه سلامتی می گردد. شواهد اپیدمیولوژیک نشان می دهد در کشورهایی که برنج زیاد مصرف می نمایند، برخی از بیماری های متابولیک و زمینه ای کمتر است. سبوس برنج محصول جانبی فرایند سفید کردن برنج بوده و حاوی ترکیبات غذای متعدد و مواد فیتوشیمیایی گوناگون مانند گاما اوریزانول و بتا سیتوسترول می باشد. سبوس برنج دارای خواص آنتی اکسیدانی، ضد دیابت، ضد تومور، هیپوکلسترولمی و محافظت کننده عصبی می باشد، لذا در توسعه سلامتی بسیار موثر است. نتایج مطالعات برون تنی و درون تنی(حیوان و انسان) نشان می دهد گاما اوریزانول و بتا سیتوسترول از تخریب و آتروفی توده عضلانی در شرایط چاقی به واسطه مهار التهاب، فشار اکسایشی ، بهبود مسیر سیگنالینگ انسولین مهار مسیر FOXO محافظت نموده و در نتیجه موجب بهبود عملکرد عضلانی می شود. از طرف دیگر گاما اوریزانول به واسطه عبور از سد خونی مغزی دارای اثر نوروپروتکتیو می باشد. از آنجاییکه بیشتر مطالعات موجود در خصوص اثر گذاری ترکیبات زیست فعال سبوس برنج با آزمودنی های حیوانی اجرا شده است، نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری به ویژه در انسان برای تعیین اثر دقیق سبوس برنج و ترکیبات آن وجود دارد.
