تحلیل مضامین مدیریت ورزشکاران عملکرد سطح بالا

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارائه مضامین مدیریت ورزش نخبگان عملکرد سطح بالا بود.
روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع پدیدارشناسی اکتشافی بود که به شیوه تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیات علمی آگاه و متخصص در زمینه موضوع پژوهش، روسا، نواب رئیس و دبیران فدراسیون های ورزشی، مدیران فعلی و سابق ورزش عملکرد بالا، مدیران کنونی و سابق کل ادارت ورزش و جوانان، مربیان سطح بالا و ورزشکاران در تراز ملی بود. شرکت کنندگان به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در مجموع 16 مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. اشباع نظری در مصاحبه 14 به دست آمد اما دو مصاحبه دیگر هم انجام شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مضمون و به طور مشخص از روش شبکه مضامین استفاده شد.
یافته ها: مضامین در سه گروه فراگیر، سازمان دهنده و پایه قرار گرفتند. مضمون کلان شامل افزارها (سخت افزار و نرمافزار) و منابع (انسانی و مالی) بود. مضمون فراگیر میانی شامل دانش (سرمایه فکری و تیم های تخصصی) و رویدادها (ملی و بین المللی) بود. مضمون خرد شامل سازمان (تخصص گرا و برنامه محور) و مدیریت استعداد (توسعه استعداد و حکمرانی سیستمیک) بود.
نتیجه گیری: برای توسعه ورزش عملکرد بالا ضروری است برنامه ها و امکانات ورزش همگانی و عملکرد بالا با همکاری ادارات دولتی، کمیته المپیک کشور، نهادهای ملی ورزشی و باشگاهها توسعه یابد، قدرت بین دولت از یک سو و نهادهای ورزشی متوازن باشد، برنامه های تربیت بدنی و ورزش در مدارس و دانشگاهها یکپارچه شود، تعداد مربیان متخصص و حرفه ای و آموزش دیده در تمام سطوح افزایش یابد، سیستم مسابقات برنامه ریزی شده اجرا شود.
