تحلیلی پدیدارشناسانه از بهزیستی آموزشی معلمان: نقش سازنده و کاهنده عوامل اجتماعی

بهزیستی معلمان یکی از مسایل نوین در حوزه تربیت معلم است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه پدیدار شناختی به منظور بررسی و تامل در دیدگاه¬ها و نظرات معلمان درباره بهزیستی و خود مراقبتی آموزشی می¬باشد. نمونه¬گیری از طریق روش گلوله برفی انجام گرفت و در نهایت، نه معلم شاغل در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی در مدارس شهر چالوس در فرآیند پژوهش شرکت داده شدند. برای جمع¬آوری داده¬های کیفی این پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده¬ها از طریق تحلیل محتوای مضمونی و با استفاده از کدگذاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته¬های بدست آمده، در نهایت، سه مضمون کلی (نقش سازنده بهزیستی آموزشی، عناصر مهم بهزیستی آموزشی، و موانع بهزیستی آموزشی) را بدست داد. نتایج نشان داد که از نظر معلمان، بهزیستی آموزشی پدیده¬ای بااهمیت و تاثیرگذار است. بعلاوه، از نظر ایشان، همکاری دانش¬آموزان در کنار حمایت مدیران و همکاران مهم¬ترین عوامل دخیل در بهزیستی آموزشی معلمان شناخته می¬شوند. همچنین، استرس در محیط کار و فضای رقابتی ناسالم مهم¬ترین موانع تحقق آن معرفی شدند. یافته¬ها نمایان¬گر این مساله هستند که درک معلمان از بهزیستی آموزشی امری است که با عوامل اجتماعی، ارتباطی و فرهنگی درهم¬تنیده است. لذا، توجه سیاستگذاران و مدیران به این موضوع ضروری و حیاتی می¬باشد.
