اثر اسیدسالیسیلیک بر شاخصهای رشد گیاه ماش (Vigna radiata L.) تحت تنش کمآبی

بهمنظور بررسی اثر اسیدسالیسیلیک بر برخی از شاخصهای رشد ماش (Vigna radiata L.) رقم NM92 ، تحت شرایط کم آبی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1392-1391 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل تنش کمآبی بهعنوان فاکتور اول در سه سطح شاهد (آبیاری پس از رسیدن رطوبت خاک محدوده ریشههای کرتها به Fc75%)، تنش1 (Fc60%) و تنش2 (Fc50%) و محلولپاشی اسیدسالیسیلیک، بهعنوان فاکتور دوم در چهار سطح (0، 1/0، 5/0 و 1 میلیمول بر لیتر) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار mM5/0 اسیدسالیسیلیک در تمام شاخصهای رشد بیشترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص داد. این غلظت از اسیدسالیسیلیک میزان ماده خشک، شاخص سطح برگ، سرعت رشد محصول، سرعت رشد نسبی و سرعت جذب خالص بیشتری را در اکثر مراحل رشد نسبت به بقیه غلظتها دارا بود. بنابراین میتوان استنباط نمود که کاربرد برگی این غلظت از اسیدسالیسیلیک میتواند اثرات تنش کمآبی بر شاخصهای رشد را در گیاه ماش تعدیل نماید.
