اثر محلول پاشی پرولین برکاهش اثرات ناشی از تنش کم آبی در بابونه آلمانی

راه کار های مختلفی برای کاهش آسیب های ایجاد شده طی تنش کم آبی و بهبود تحمل گیاه به آن وجود دارد. در این پژوهش تأثیر محلولپاشی پرولین بر کاهش اثرات تنش کمآبی و بهبود شاخصهای کمی و کیفی بابونه آلمانی بررسی شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه گیلان انجام و تیمارهای آزمایش شامل پرولین با غلظت های 0، 50 و 100 میلی گرم بر لیتر و کم آبی در چهار سطح 0، 25، 50 و 75 درصد تخلیه از حد ظرفیت زراعی در مرحله ساقه روی بود. در اثر کم آّبی غلظت پرولین و کاتالاز افزایش، ولی صفات مورفولوژیک کاهش یافت. کاربرد پرولین در شرایط کم آّبی بر همه ویژگی های اندازه گیری شده تأثیر معنی دار داشت. براساس نتایج این آزمایش محلول پاشی گیاه با غلظت 100 میلی گرم بر لیتر پرولین موجب بهبود رشد و تعدیل وضعیت گیاه در برابر کم آبی شد و از این رو استفاده از غلظت فوق برای دستیابی به عملکرد مطلوب در بابونه در شرایط کم آبی توصیه می شود.
