اثر پیش تیمار سیلیسیوم بر جوانه زنی بذر و رشد گیاهچه بذور خربزه در شرایط تنش شوری

به منظور تعیین اثر پیش تیمار سیلسیوم بر جوانه زنی بذر و رشد اولیه گیاهچه ارقام مختلف خربزه در شرایط تنش شوری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اول شامل شوری کلرید سدیم در سه سطح 0، 75 و 150 میلی مولار و فاکتور دوم تیمار سیلیسیوم در سه سطح شاهد، 1 و 2 میلی مولار بود. صفات مورد اندازه گیری شامل درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی، متوسط زمان جوانه زنی، طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه، نسبت طول ریشه چه به ساقه چه، وزن تر ریشه چه و ساقه چه بود. تنش شوری (150 میلی مولار) درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی، طول ریشه چه و ساقه چه را به ترتیب 9، 35، 69 و 71% نسبت به شاهد کاهش داد. کاربرد سیلیسیوم 1 میلی مولار سرعت جوانه زنی و طول ریشه چه و ساقه چه را به ترتیب 20، 33 و 35% نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. تحت شرایط تنش شوری بیشترین میزان درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی از تیمار 1 میلی مولار سیلیسیوم و 75 میلی مولار نمک سدیم حاصل شد. در مجموع، کاربرد سیلیسیوم باعث بهبود خصوصیات جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه های خربزه تحت شرایط تنش شوری شد.
