ملخص المقالة :

یکی از موثرترین جنبه‌های کلیدی در توسعه شهرها، رعایت الزامات فنی در تعریف و مدیریت حریم آن است. در واقع سیاستگذاری مناسب در تحقق مدیریت یکپارچه حریم، رکن اصلی کارکرد مطلوب و تعاملی محدوده و حریم ها است. این امر یک نکته‌ی قابل توجه در کلان شهرها تلقی میشود، زیرا تنوع و تراکم کاربری‌های مختلف، مستلزم تصمیمات صحیح در پایداری کلان شهرهاست. حریم شهر اصفهان به عنوان یکی از مهمترین کلانشهرهای کشور، به شدت تحت تاثیر مستقیم فعالیت‌های شهری است. در این پژوهش، با بهره‌گیری از مرور سیستماتیک منابع مرتبط با حریم شهر و سیاست‌های موجود با عملکردهای قلمرویی در چارچوب منطقه‌گرایی نوین و مشارکت ذینفعان و با کاربست تکنیک تحلیل عوامل محیطی SWOT، راهبردهای مناسب برای مدیریت یکپارچه حریم شهر اصفهان ارائه شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که 2 قوت شناسایی شده در مقابل 13 نقطه ضعف مشخص شده، نیاز به اتخاذ راهبرد تنوع و بازنگری در سیاست‌گذاری مدیریت یکپارچه حریم کلان شهر اصفهان وجود دارد. همچنین وجود 6 فرصت در مقابل 13 تهدید مشخص شده، حاکی از اقدامات نامناسب در تامین مدیریت یکپارچه حریم کلان شهر اصفهان بوده که لازم است با راهبردهای تهاجمی نسبت به تغییر آنها اقدام نمود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد عدم مدیریت یکپارچه حریم شهر اصفهان منجر به شکل‌گیری فعالیتهای ناهمگون و نامناسب و با رویکردهای غیر پایدار شده است.
