اثر روش¬های مختلف حاصلخیزی خاک بر عملکرد دانه کدوی تخم کاغذی

به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف انواع کودهای بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک کدوی تخم کاغذی، آزمايشي در بهار سال 1392، در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی گریزه سنندج به صورت فاكتوريل در قالب طرح بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. فاكتورهاي آزمايشي شامل سطوح كود شيميايي پر مصرف بر اساس نتايج آزمون خاك (شاهد، صفر)، 50 و 100 درصد كود شيميايي توصيه شده) به عنوان فاکتور اول و نوع كودهاي زيستي و آلی شامل (شاهد، عدم كاربرد)، کود آلی (کمپوست)، نیتروکارا، فسفاته بارور2 و تركيب كمپوست + نيتروكارا + فسفاته بارور 2 بودند. در این تحقیق صفات وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در ميوه، وزن متوسط ميوه، قطر ميوه، تعداد ميوه در بوته، عملكرد ميوه و عملكرد دانه در میوه اندازه گيري شدند. نتايج تجزيه واريانس داده ها نشان داد اثر سطوح كود شيميايي بر كليه صفات مورد مطالعه به غير از وزن هزار دانه و تعداد ميوه در بوته معني دار بود همچنين بين تيمارهاي كود آلی و زيستياز لحاظ اثر بر كليه صفات مورد بررسي به غير از وزن هزار دانه، قطر ميوه و تعداد ميوه در بوته اختلاف معني مشاهده شد. مقایسه میانگین تیمارها نشان داد تیمار ترکیبی كمپوست+ نيتروكارا + فسفاته بارور2 همراه با 50 و 100 درصد مصرف کود شیمیایی بالاترین مقدار تعداد دانه در میوه، وزن میوه، قطرمیوه و عملکرد میوه را به خود اختصاص دادند. در این بررسی ترکیب تیماری تیماری كمپوست+ نيتروكارا + فسفاته بارور2 همراه با مصرف50 درصد کود شیمیایی عملكرد دانه در ميوه را در مقایسه با تیمار 100 درصد کود شیمیایی بدون استفاده از کود زیستی 38/43 درصد و در مقایسه با شاهد هر دو تیمار به ترتیب92/84 درصد افزایش داد. بنابراین با استفاده از تیمار ترکیب كمپوست+ نيتروكارا + فسفاته بارور2 به میزان 50 درصد در مصرف کودهای شیمیایی صرفه جویی کرد.
