ملخص المقالة :
نقش اشتغال در پویایی زندگی انسان انکار ناپذیر است .اشتغال زنان می¬تواند تاثیرات متفاوتی را داشته و ممکن است به دلیل افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی زنان اثرهایی مثبت برای آن¬ها داشته و کیفیت زندگی آن¬ها را بالا ببرد. کیفیت زندگی یک مفهوم کلی است که تمام جنبه¬های زندگی از جمله رضایت مادی، نیازهای حیاتی و همچنین جنبه¬¬های گذار از زندگی، مانند توسعه فردی، دانش و سلامت را در بر می¬گیرد. کیفیت زندگی یک پدیده جهانی است که در قرن بیست و یکم در ذهن بسیاری از مردم جهان، مطرح شده و در این راستا شناخت، اندازه¬گیری و بهبود کیفیت زندگی و نیز بررسی رابطه¬ی آن بر متغیرهای مختلف یکی از اهداف عمده محققان، برنامه¬ریزان دهه اخیر می-باشد. در اغلب پژوهش¬های انجام یافته عوامل موثر بر اشتغال زنان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و یا به بررسی اثرات اشتغال زنان بر کیفیت زندگی آنان پرداخته¬اند. به عکس مطالعات قبلی هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر شاخص کیفیت زندگی بر میزان مشارکت زنان در بازار کار ایران در دوره¬ی 1369 تا 1399 با استفاده از مدل ARDL می¬باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع علی تحلیلی بوده و نتایج بیانگر این است که در بلندمدت شاخص کیفیت زندگی از جمله درآمد سرانه، میزان باسوادی، امید به زندگی تاثیر مثبت و معنی¬دار، در حالی¬که دسترسی به فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات تاثیر منفی و معنی¬داری بر اشتغال زنان در دوره¬ی مورد بررسی داشته است.
